Maraje in Syria mark 2nd anniversary of Samarra shrine aggression

DAMASCUS, Syria: Offices of Marajay in Damascus observed
the second anniversary of destruction of Samarra shrine by holding
majalis al-azaa and commemorative gatherings.
A majlis al-azaa was organized at the holy shrine of
Aqeela Bani Hashim Sayyedah Zeinab (peace be on her). Sayyed Abdurasol
Al-Moosawi Al-Kadhimi, Dr Muhammad Jawad Maalik and others addressed.
The majlis urged the government of Iraq to immediately
reconstruct the holy Askariya shrine.
