Majales, matam mark saal-rozi shahadat Imam Sajjad (a.s.) in Iran

HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: In commemoration of the anniversary of
martyrdom of Hazret-e-Imam Zein el-Abidin (a.s.) on Moharram 25,
massive majales and processions were held across the country including
holy cities of Mashhad and Qom.
These majales were organized at holy shrines of Hazret-e-Imam Reza
(a.s.) and Hazret-e-Fatimeh Al-Masumeh (a.s.), offices of Marajay and
Ayaat, tombs of imam-zadgan, hoseiniat and mosques.
Speakers threw light on the holy life of the fourth infallible imam
from the progeny of Prophet Hazret Muhammad (s.v.) while marasi and
noha were recited to pay homage to the imam (a.s.).
