Ashura ceremonies revive in Austria

VIENNA, Austria: As no part of the world is spared of
Husseini commemoration, majalis al-Husseini began in Austria with the
advent of Moharram moon.
Ahl-il Beit Center in Vienna holds ten-day majalis (January 11-20
Friday – Sunday) renowned elegist Abo-Dargham recites elegies. A large
number of mourners attend to pay homage to the martyrs of Karbala.
