RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Youm-e-Shahadat of Nawasi-e-Rasool Dukhtar-e-Ali (A.S.) and Batool (S.A.) Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) was observed throughout the country as “Youm Sharikatul Hussain (A.S.)” on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes were organised in Imambargahs and Aza Khanas in all small and big cities, towns and villages of all the four provinces including Federal Capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas. Women in their Majalis paid condolences by taking out Taboot of Hazrat Sani-e-Zahra (S.A.).

In Rawalpindi, Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing a Majlis at Imambargah Shaheedan-e-Karbala Tyre Bazar said the colonialism is the second name of Yazidiyyat and Hussainiyyat and Zainabiyyat would have to adopted to root out the same. He said Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) thwarted the Yazidi conspiracies by delivering heart-rending Khutbaat in the streets of Shaam and Kufa and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad and kept the Parcham-e-Islam flutter high. Maulana Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri, Zakir Raza Kiani, and Jafar Hussain also addressed the gathering while Ibne Hassan Rizvi Brothers performed Marsia Khwani.

A resolution adopted on the occasion expressed grave concern that some unseen forces were trying to destabilise the motherland therefore all sections of society including the government and the opposition were under the obligation to thwart this heinous conspiracy jointly.

The resolution condemned the violation of Pakistani frontiers by Nato forces and called upon the government to raise this issue at the United Nations. The resolution termed the accusation levelled against Pakistan by Karzai as a bid to please the satanic forces. The resolution demanded that Kashmir and Palestine issues may be resolved in line with the United Nations Resolutions and exit of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq may be ensured.

Another resolution expressing concern over the renewed activities of banned organisations in the country called upon the government and the opposition to keep away from the banned groups.

Khateeba-e-Ahle Nabi Syeda Binte Ali Moosavi addressed a Majlis-e-Aza organised at Sheb-e-Abi Talib under the auspices of Anjuman Kaneezan-e-Imam Al-Asr Waz Zaman.

Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri addressed a Majlis-e-Aza oganised by Hay’at Tulaba-e-Islamia at Aza Khana Masooma-e-Qum.

Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressed a similar gathering organised at Markazi Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan Islamabad under the auspices of Youm Sharikatul Hussain District Committee of the TNFJ.

Allama Hussain Muqaddasi addressed Youm Sharikatul Hussain Majlis at Imambargah Ahle Bait Wah Cantt., Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani at Qasr-e-Abu Talib, Allama Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi at Imambargah Qasr-e-Imam Musa Kazim Sadaat Colony, Allama Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi at Markazi Imambargah Sakhi Shah Piyara Chaur Harpal, and Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Abidi addressed Youm Sharikatul Hussain Majlis at Imambargah Dehlaliah.
