Grand Ayat Raza Gulpaygani honored

HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Faqeeh-i-Ahli Bayt (AS), Director Hoza Elmiah Qom Grand Ayatullah Muhammad Reza Al-Golpaygani’s fifteenth death anniversary was observed with respect.

Marking the occasion, a commemorative ceremony was held at Masjid-i-Azem in the holy city of Qom, Iran. Ayaat, religious scholars, clerics, intellectuals and people from all walks of life attended.

Speakers in their addresses spoke on late Grand Ayatullah Al-Golpaygani’s scholarly personality and status.

Grand Ayatullah Al-Golpaygani was born on 8 Zol-Qada, 1316, in Golpaygan in the home of Syed Muhammad Baqir Golpaygani after Baqir Golpaygani prayed in the court of Samin-ol Hojaj Imam Ali bin Mussa Ar-Reza (AS).
