RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: While announcing to observe “Hafta-e-Aza” (Week of Mourning Days) from 23-29 Safar-ul-Muzaffar to mark the death anniversary of Khatmi Martabat Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) and martyrdom anniversary of Nawasa-e-Rasool Shahzada-e-Sulah-o-Aman Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.), the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said patience and forbearance are absolutely necessary for success of any nation and Millat, and for protection of its targets.

He said there is a saying of the Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that a decent person laced with patience would definitely achieve success whether it comes late to him, that is why every human being should exercise patience, forbearance, control and firmness to achieve success because a person laced with patience and decency in dealing with problems and difficulties gives proper thought to those methods, ways and experience that leads him to success and he ultimately finds the ways to success.

Agha Moosavi said that if we ponder over the life of the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.), we will find out those great examples of patience and forbearance which, if followed, could lead us to success even today. He said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) by managing Sulah-e-Hudaibia and Imam Hassan (A.S.) by managing Sulah-o-Aman disseminated the message that key to success not only lay in utilizing power in wars but by adopting peace and tranquillity also. The crux of the saying of the Masoom (A.S.) is that “Do not invite someone for war, but if others call you for war then accept their invitation in your defence, because the one who provokes is called aggressor who ultimately falls down on earth and faces defeat”.

That is why Islam is the religion of peace and tranquility having the capability of resolving all issues with powerful arguments. He said the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) never initiated war but always fought in defence. He said the live nations provide the proof of their existence by highlighting the good deeds of their Mashaheer which indicate their success and give it supremacy over others.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya never forgets the Mashaheer of religion and Shariat therefore the days of Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) are being observed throughout the country with honour and dignity. He said today the motherland is confronted with many problems and difficulties from within and without, nation and the country is facing anarchy behind which the objective of the enemy is to sabotage our plans.

In these conditions, all patriotic and religious powers having love for motherland are under the obligation to follow patience and forbearance in resolving their issues and take decisions based on wisdom so as to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies and increase the dignity of the motherland. He appealed the countrymen to disseminate the message of peace and tranquillity during the Majalis and Taboot processions during the Hafta Ayyam-e-Aza.

Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has been formed to organize programmes of Hafta-e-Aza. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener and Malik Fayyaz Awan as Secretary of this Committee.
