RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe “Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Muhammad (SAWW)-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS)” (Week of Greatness of Muhammad and His Progeny) from May 15-21.

In a statement, he termed the spirit of sacrifice of holy personalities for establishment of justice and annihilation of oppression and barbarism as a bright example for whole world of humanity.

Agha Moosavi asserted that acknowledging the greatness of Muhammad-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) and following practically in their footsteps is necessary because this time the world of oppression has put the oppressed and have-not at its target; Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq have been made blood-stained; earth and heaven are quivering with cries of the deprived people; humanity is astonished and perplexed; Pakistan is under pressure while colonial powers keep the policy of give making afraid and threatening.

He stressed that Islam enjoins to fight against oppressors and help the oppressed. Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (AS) had advised his elder son Hazrat Imam Hasan Mujtaba (AS) to hate oppressor and render help to the oppressed is obligatory for every Muslim because oppression is the biggest sin which is forbidden by Allah.

The TNFJ chief said like geographical boundaries protection of ideological boundaries is binding.

He further said that even this day satanic powers are working against Ahle Bait-e-Rasool (SAWW) and pious Sahab Kibaar (RA); they commit blasphemy through ever-new tactics the day in and day out while Islamic world and the UN have kept silence which is a question mark. Therefore, these organizations must come in action immediately by creating conformity in their words and deeds, and curb Iblisi forces. In this way, the whole world could not only be made a hub of peace rather the whole humanity could be delivered of all problems.

Expressing grief on the destruction caused by earth quake in China, Moosavi said Pakistani nation is co-partner in the pain of Chinese people.

He strongly condemned bomb blasts in Jay Pur, the capital city of Indian State of Rajisthan and said sagacity must be practised on this occasion and accusing one another must be avoided because terrorist is only terrorist and attaching him with any State or faith is tantamount to strengthening terrorism.

Agha Moosavi said the family of Nabuwwat and Risalat enjoy supremacy and excellence over all world families. Their purity is mentioned in Quran in this way: O Ahle Bait! Allah desires to keep impurity far from you and keep you pure and clean as is the right to keep you pure. (Sura Ahzaab, Ayah 33)

He said it is written in Sahih Muslim in detail of Ayah-e-Tatheer that it was revealed in the house of Hazrat Umme Salma. Holy Prophet (SAWW) gathered Hazrat Fatima (SA), Ali (AS) and Hasnain (AS) under cloak and then said: Allah desires to keep impurity far from you and keep you pure and clean as is the right to keep you pure. Angels asked Allah: Who are under the cloak? Allah replied: under it are Fatima (SA), her father (SAWWW), her spouse (AS) and her sons (AS).

Agha Moosavi said one of these sons is Ibne Fatima Hazrat Ali ibnil Hussain (AS) titled as Zain-ul Abideen (AS) who is the leader of followers of the path of truth and Imam of Din-o-Shariah. Jamadi-ul Awwal is his birth anniversary which will be observed as “Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Muhammad (SAWW)-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS)” and thus this will be told to the world that they are those great personalities about whom the holy Prophet (SAWW) said: their example is that of Ark of Noah in this Ummah; whoever sits on it, is delivered and whoever leaves it, goes astray and drowned.

Agha Moosavi appealed to all compatriots to pay homage to the Prophet (SAWW) and his progeny (AS) by holding Mahafil, festivals and religious programs on the occasion of “Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Muhammad (SAWW)-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS)”; condemn world of oppression, express solidarity with the oppressed and have-not besides praying for stability and integrity of Islamic world and Pakistan.

Meanwhile, central committee of TNFJ has been formed to lay programs of “Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Muhammad (SAWW)-o-Aal-e-Muhammad (AS)”. Dr.S.Zaman, Qasim Al-Hussaini and Syed Shabihul Hasnain Ar-Riza have been nominated its convener, deputy convener and secretary respectively.
