ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A meeting of the TNFJ Central Committee for Youm Azmat-e-Niswan was held under the leadership of Mohtarma Zahra Naqvi. The meeting finalised programmes for the Youm Azmat-e-Niswan being observed on Zeeqa’ad 1 in connection with the Wiladat Purnoor of Masooma-e-Qum Hazrat Fatima Binte Musa Ibne Jaffar (S.A.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Conveners were named in the meeting to organise programmes within and without the country.

According to details the following conveners were appointed within the country: Mrs. Abu Jaffar Naqvi (Punjab), Begum Sardar Ali Gul (Sarhad), Mrs. Waqar Taqvi (Sindh), Umme Ammad Jafri (Balochistan), Mohtarma Hajra Naqvi (Azad Kashmir), Kaneez Fizza (Northern Areas) while Mrs. Munawwar Hussain Kazmi, Mrs. Tahir-ul-Hassan, Mrs. Zahid Naqvi, Mrs. Mujtaba Kazmi, Mrs. Owais Moosavi, Mrs. Mukhtar Bangash, Mrs. Mehdi Arsamandi were appointed conveners for America, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Africa, Latin America, and Australia.

Mrs. Mohtarma Zahra Naqvi in her address on the occasion said that the west humiliated the women world in the garb of freedom and trampled their honour and dignity. She said Islam granted greatness to woman and Masooma-e-Qum (S.A.) was such an example whose seerat and character is the beacon of light for women at large.

Raeesatul-Huffaz Zainab Alvia in her address said that Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) had pointed towards the ma’arfat of Masooma-e-Qum. Mrs. Aqeel Naqvi, Aapa Syeda Hussain, Umdatul Huffaz Mohtarma Binte Musa Moosavi, Syeda Labwa Haider, Syeda Lawa Zainab, and Khwaher Jawwad Saeed also addressed the gathering.

A resolution adopted on the occasion expressed concern over the law and order situation of the country and continuous American attacks on Pakistani territory and demanded from the government to take the whole nation into confidence on these national issues by adopting a consensus policy.

The resolution declared the In-Camera Session of the Parliament a mere eye-wash and demanded from the government to settle the foreign policy in the light of principles of Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) and Mashaheer-e-Islam and to get rid of those friends who had left us in the hour of need.

Another resolution considered extensive friendly relations with India tantamount to sabotaging the Kashmir cause as India was carrying out oppression against Kashmiris and sabotaging Pakistani agriculture by stopping inflow of Chenab water.

Yet another resolution reiterated resolve to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
