Support for Hezbollah reaffirmed by Iran religious leader

TEHRAN, Iran: Iranian religious leader Ayatollah Nasser
Makarem Shirazi praised Hezbollah for thwarting plots of the Zionists
and its supporter the United States of America.
"If the Lebanese Hezbollah were absent, the Zionist regime and its
main allies the United States would have swallowed the Arab
countries," he said in his lecture to the clerics at holy Qom Hauza
Elmia (theological center).
Some 26 million of compact disc (CDs) have been
distributed in the US to target Islam which is in tantamount to rule
of jungle, he said.
He said that the Muslims should exercise vigilance and maintain unity
and solidarity to thwart the conspiracies.
