Big majalis, processions held in Hyderabad to mourn Imam Ali (A)

HYDERABAD, India: Massive majalis-e-aza and jaloos (mourning
sittings and processions) were held in Indian city of Hyderabad in
connection with the anniversary of martyrdom of Hazrat Ali ibne Abi
Talib (AS), the son-in-law, cousin and first infallible descendant of
holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW).
Hundreds of thousands of Indians participated in these gatherings
that began on the eve of 19 Ramazan and continued till 21 Ramazan.
Many performed Qama-Zani and Zanjr-Zani gushing out their blood to
signify their grief on the unjust killing of Hazrat Ali (AS) in Kufa
Mosque at the hands of Ibne Muljim (L).
