Laborers rejoice completion of Askariyain shrine dome, minarets

HOLY SAMARRA, Iraq: Sacred dome and minarets of the holy shrine of
Al-Imamayn al-Askariyain (AS) in Samarra have been completed by the
grace of Allah Almighty and help of fourteen Masumin (peace be on
them).
The holy dome and minarets were razed to ground in terror attacks
at the hands of terrorists in 2006 and 2007.
United Nations cooperated in rebuilding the holy shrine of the 10th
and 11th infallible descendants of holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be on
him and his holy progeny).
The completion took time of less than a year.
The celebration with “tears of happiness” came on March 31, 2009,
Tuesday soon after putting the last brick in the holy dome.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi hailed completion of Dome and Minarets of Imam Hasan Askari Shrine expressing hope that one day will come when dignity of Janna tul Baqee and Janna tul Moalla will be restored.
