If govt understands language of power then it could be done, warns TNFJ
By: Salman Alvi
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The two-day high level meeting of Tehreek
Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan held at the headquarters of the
Maktab-e-Tashayyo concluded on Monday after adopting various
resolutions on national and international matters.
According to the Central Spokesman of the TNFJ Syed Qamar Zaidi, the
delegates derived from all over the country strongly condemned the
incident after incident of terrorism and stressed the need to root out
terrorism and for this purpose opined that it was the government’s
foremost duty not to make excused and put an iron hand on the
terrorists.
The resolution said the banned groups should in no case be allowed to
work unless they fully mend themselves. The resolution made it clear
that peace would not prevail by making agreements with the banned
groups and in this connection the Anti-Terrorism Act should be
implemented effectively. The resolution expressed concern that the
banned groups desire to create rift amongst Masalik and groups in the
garb of different outfits laced with all types of weapons on the
desire on international colonial powers despite the fact that there is
no Maktabi conflict in Pakistan, therefore, all Makatib should
confront them and thwart the conspiracy of the enemy.
The resolution strongly condemned Chakwal incident, suicide attack on
the security forces’ caravan in Doaba Hangu, murder of Baloch leaders
in Balochistan, Drone and missile attacks and demanded from the
government to set up a high level Tribunal to probe all these
incidents and devise a courageous strategy to get the attack on Tribal
Areas stopped and contact the international organizations in this
connection.
Another resolution called upon the powers that be to restore the 1973
Constitution with the sincerity of purpose because under its Article
2, Islam is the official religion of the State, therefore, enforcement
of Islam should be given priority, laws contradictory to Shariat
should be done away with, otherwise demand for enforcement of
controversial Justice System Regulation could get accelerated leading
to creation of parallel government, divide and rule, strengthening the
plans of international colonial powers which would be dangerous for
Pakistan’s integrity.
The resolution warned the government against putting the
Maktab-e-Tashayyo to the wall, and asked her that if they understand
the language of power then they should keep in mind that we had taken
over the Secretariat and had also got our demands accepted after
launching an 8-month long agitation. Thus we should not be forced to
take such an initiative and remove the unrest of Maktab-e-Tashayyo by
implementing the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement.
The resolution said that Allama Iqbal followed Hanafi Maslak and
Qauid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah follow Shia Isna Ashary Maslak and
now both these recognized schools of thought are deprived of their
basic rights. The resolution said Pakistan is an Islamic State and we
would not allow it to become the State of any particular group.
The participants of the meeting expressed complete solidarity with the
oppressed world, particularly, the oppressed people of Kashmir,
Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and strongly condemned the
Zionist-Hindu-Colonial oppression in these areas. They called upon the
international organizations to get the Kashmir and Palestine issues
resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the
desire of their respective people. They resolved that exodus of the
foreign forces from Afghanistan, Iraq and other occupied areas should
be ensured.
They resolved that Pakistani citizens should be given their rights on
the basis of equality fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play as
the Judiciary has declared the year 2009 as the Year of Justice.
They resolved that to give a tough reply to the enemies of Islam and
to ensure the dignity of Babri Masjid, and protection of the shrines
of great leaders of the religion, reconstruction and restoration of
the dignity of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla is must, and in this
regard Muslim Ummah should play her role.
The resolution strongly condemned the government and private
electronic media for ignoring the presidential address of the
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to the
inauguration session of the meeting.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
