CHAKWAL, Pakistan: Collective funeral of the Shuhada (martyrs) of
Chakwal imambargah incident was held on Monday April 6 attended by
thousands of mourners.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Allama Syed Hussain
Muqaddasi, President Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Punjab called upon
the government to make concrete practical steps on war footing to
control terrorism instead of offering mere lip-service, give up
apologetic attitude and display courage, otherwise, he added, there
would be no justification for the failed rulers to remain in power.
He also read out the condolence message of the
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in which he
strongly condemned the suicide blast during the Majlis-e-Aza on Sunday
and declared it the heinous activity as an attack on Pakistan and
humanity. Expressing condolences with the bereaved families he said
the whole nation shares their grief.
Allama Muqaddasi said that it has been proved that Indian secret
agencies are involved in these heinous activities, therefore, the
government should give top priority to this issue and tackle the
terrorists with an iron hand. He said this is the time to save the
country, therefore, all patriotic elements should come in the fray to
play their active role to save Pakistan.
He advised the government to follow the Moosavi Peace Formula,
avoid the banned groups and keep a contact with the nationalist
parties and representative organizations of the recognized schools of
thought. He demanded immediate arrest and punishment for the culprits
of the Chakwal incident.
Those who included in the representative delegation of
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi were: Allama Syed Abul Hassan
Taqi, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Allama Maqsood Raza Abid, Allama
Sajjad Hussain Gardezi, Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi, Abbas Jafri, Nasir
Abbas Zaidi, Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Qasim Ali Shah,
Malik-e-Ashtar, Syed Amjad Hussain Shah, Wajih-ul-Hassan Kazmi, and
Muhammad Saeed Mughal.
They later visited the injured at District Headquarters Hospital
Chakwal and also delivered the condolence message of the
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi to the bereaved families.
More than two dozen Azadaran (Imam Hussain Mourners) kissed martyrdom
when a suicide bomber exploded himself at the entrance of the Markazi
imambargah Chakwal where a majlis-e-aza was going on and TNFJ Chakwal
leader Syed Tanvir Kazmi was adressing the majlis.
Islamabad protest rally calls for instant
arrest of Chakwal culprits

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A peaceful protest demonstration was staged in
front of National Press Club in Islamabad under the auspices of
Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafairya Islamabad District to condemn the
Chakwal incident and the suicide attack on the F.C. Camp.
The demonstration was led by TNFJ District President Allama Basharat
Hussain Imami, Allama Guftar Hussain Sadiqi, Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Prof.
Ghulam Abbas Haideri, Central President MSO Baqar Hussain Naqvi, Ch.
Iftikhar Hussain, Ashraf Abbas Rizvi and other leaders of TNFJ,
Mukhtar Organization, MSO, MFP and other subsidiary organizations. The
participants of the rally were carrying placards and banners inscribed
with different slogans and were also raising slogans against America,
India and Israel.
Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing the demonstrators said,
announcement of the international colonial powers not to carry out any
activity in Pakistan and displaying duplicity by continuing Drone
attacks suggests that Pakistanis should make them understand through
their deeds that there is no Maktabi conflict here and our combined
and perpetual enemy desires to reap the benefit by entangling us in
attacks on security forces, police centres, hospitals, teaching
institutions, and Imambargahs.
He appealed all countrymen to exercise patience and recognise their
friends and foes, display unity and brotherhood to confront the trio
of international colonial powers, Zionists and Hindus and reiterate
resolve from the core of their heart to work for the solidarity,
protection and defence of Pakistan.
A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded immediate arrest and
punishment for the culprits of the Chakwal incident. The resolution
called upon the government to move the law to restore durable peace
and root out terrorism from the country.
The demonstrators resolved to follow any line of action given by
Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in the larger
interest of the religion and the motherland, shoulder to shoulder with
the armed forces of Pakistan.
Later the demonstrators dispersed peacefully raising different
slogans.
