SYDNEY, Australia: The day when the holy Prophet Muhammad
(sw) appointed Imam Ali (AS) his successor saying ‘mann kontu maulahu
fa haza Aliyun maulahu’ (whom I am his master, Ali is his master) was
observed throughout the world on Dhol-hejja 18.
Grand celebrations marking the happy occasion were held
in Syria, Lebanon, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Egypt, Tanzania, Gulf
States, Iran, United States, Australia and European States.
