RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Khwaja Ali Hussain, Deputy Convener, Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz-e- Fiqh-e-Jafariya said that the whole nation has proved through the practical display of mutual unity and brotherhood that Hussain (A.S.) belongs to all, Hussain (A.S.) belongs to Allah and Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) does not belong to any particular country, Maslak, group or area but is the Mohsin-e-Azam of the whole humanity.

This was stated by him while addressing the special meeting of the Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell in which representatives from all over the country participated. He said Muharram is not the name of only ten days rather the programmes of Azadari of Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal and the unity displayed by all schools of thought would continue in future as well as was displayed by them on Ashoora presenting homage to Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.), his pious Aal (A.S.) and companions of Hussain (A.S.).

Khwaja Ali Hussain strongly condemning the Lahore bomb blasts said it was the conspiracy of our perpetual enemy. This type of heinous activity soon after Ashra-e-Muharram is actually aimed at destabilizing Pakistan but, he added, Pakistan came into being with the efforts of all schools of thought and they will also defend it jointly while no sacrifice would be spared for the country’s integrity and defence.

He demanded from the government to help bring out the Azadari procession in Hangu as the Ashoora processions were taken out from other parts of the country with respect and honour because stoppage of this procession provides food for thought for the government and also poses a question mark on her performance. He said the war going on in Hangu is not that of Shia-Sunni but is the result of conspiracy of the enemies of the religion and the country and a part of ongoing terrorism in the country.

He said as per a saying of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, a terrorist keeps no Maslak or a country but is only a terrorist and should be tackled accordingly. Attaching him with any Maslak or a country itself is an act of terrorism therefore we strongly condemn it.

Thanking the Administration and other institutions including media, he expressed the hope that their cooperation will continue in future also. A consensus resolution adopted at the meeting resolved that the mutual unity and brotherhood of all Makatib and institutions would not be limited to only 66 days but would remain intact for 365 days.
