Afghanis remember Imam Hussein (AS) performing Azadari

KABUL, Afghanistan: In commemoration of matchless sacrifice
rendered by Hazret Imam Hussain (AS) and his 72 near and dear ones
some 1,400 years back for Islam, Shariah and humanity, Hussaini
majalis and processions continue in Afghanistan.
Thousands of momineen attend these programs, perform seene-zeni,
recite nauhe, Marathi and elegies, shed tears and beat their backs
with swords to gush out their blood to signify their grief on Karbala
Tragedy.
