HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Marking the martyrdom anniversary of holy Prophet Hazret Muhammad (s.v)’s daughter Hazret Fatimeh Zahra (s.a), people of Karbala residing in the holy city of Qom arranged a mourning ceremony on Thursday Jamadsi As-Sani 3.

The ceremony consisted of a replica coffin of Hazret Fatimeh (s.a.) procession and a majles to commemorate the occasion. Large number of momineen and mominaat attended.

After maghribeyn prayer, the procession was taken out from hosseiniah Beyt Al-Abbas and Beyt Az-Zahra. Marching through the streets of Qom the procession concluded at the holy shrine of Karimeh Ahli Beyt Fatimeh Al-Masumeh (a.s.).

During the procession, elegists Sayed Hassan Al-Qoreshi, Muhammad Ali Honermand, Muhammad Motamedi, Meesam Rajab and Wahid Nouri recited dirges to describe the sufferings of Maulatina Az-Zahra (s.a.).

Reaching at the holy shrine compound of the Masumeh (a.s.), the mourners extended their condolence to Imam Al-Montazar (a.s.) and Hazret Masumeh (a.s.).
