TNFJ supports security forces operation against militants
By: Salman Alvi
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Tehrik Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya
Pakistan has adopted the point of view in the All Parties Conference
that the whole nation should encourage the Pakistan’s armed forces so
as to establish the writ of the government as soon as possible and the
displaced persons could be settled back in their homes.
Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Additional Secretary General of the TNFJ
while presenting this point of view as a Special Representative of
Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said it would
have been better if the government had carried out consultations
summoning the All Parties Conference prior to its decision to carry
out military operation in Swat and Malakand so that no one would have
in a position to point a finger on the government. He said the
international colonial powers have always desired Pakistan’s army to
attack Tribal Areas, Malakand and other places that could become a
threat for the integrity of the country.
Shujaat Bokhari said as military operation has begun in Swat after
failure of the Justice System Regulation enforced without any
consultation with the national parties, therefore, it is the
obligation of the whole nation now to completely support the
Pakistan’s armed forces because under Article 244 of the Constitution,
Pakistan’s armed forces are under oath to defend Pakistan. Under the
explanation of Article 245, the real job of the armed forces is to
protect the country from aggression but it had also been playing an
important role within the country in confronting the miscreants.
According to this constitutional provision Pakistan Army is not only
responsible for the defence of the motherland but has also been
entrusted the task of helping city officials by remaining within the
limits of the law. Like in the earlier part of 1992 when law and order
situation in Sindh had went out of Government of Sindh’s control, then
the Federal Government, reacting on the request of the Provincial
Government, ordered the army on May 28, 1992 under the Article 147 of
the Constitution and no one had objected on this action. He said even
now some circles are stressing the need of continuing dialogue in
Malakand Division but everyone knows that the seeds of terrorism were
sowed first time in the era of Ziaul Haq which were reaped in the
coming eras and the situation has reached the extent where army
operation has become imminent. He said it is the conspiracy of the
Satanic trio to reach our atomic plant by entangling us in a mess, and
every patriotic Pakistan has to thwart this conspiracy.

The TNFJ Additional Secretary General said that it is
crystal clear that Iraq, Afghanistan, Usama and Saddam were merely
preface and 9/11 was just an excuse to make Pakistan a target. He said
reply to hurried adopted Justice System Regulation was given by
refusing to accept Pakistan and its Constitution instead of extending
thanks so much so the Mujahideen’s struggle going on in Kashmir was
also declared atheism which has made it clear that Peace Agreement was
just an eyewash and actually they wanted to cause harm to Pakistan.
Had our government, the powers that be, and the agencies established
the writ of the law and tackled the miscreants and extremists that
such a big step would not had been necessary today and we would not
had to face such a huge and tragic migration. He said there is a
saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) that these diseases are created
by us and we have to treat the same. He said formation of a State
within State is the result of our incapability. Now, he said
strengthening the army operation has become an obligation for every
Pakistani so that it is limited to some extent and take lesser time.
Moreover, full force should be used to root out those powers that
desire to destabilize the motherland Pakistan and have become a threat
to the survival and integrity of the motherland.
He called upon the government to make fool-proof arrangements to
provide all facilities including rest, food, and treatment to the
elders, young, children and girls who have migrated from Malakand
Division. We should tell the international chief of terrorism America,
Zionists and Hindus that they could never create any rift amongst us,
we will defend every inch of our motherland because this is our
motherland the basis and Asaas of which is Islam. All
Farzandan-e-Tauheed are eveready to protect its honour and dignity, he
added. He said our enemy desires to get us killed separately and to
wipe out Pakistan by accusing it of terrorism but it should keep in
mind that it could get wiped out itself but we will never allow anyone
to wipe out Islam and Pakistan. He said we should have to turn this
region into a hub of peace if we desire to get it rid of international
colonial powers and its agents.
The TNFJ Delegate addressing the Conference presented a suggestion for
the government to set up an Advisory Council comprising representative
organizations within and without the Parliament that may prepare
recommendations to tackle the problems confronted to the country from
within and without and enumerate the threats posed to the motherland.
He lamented that the government and the opposition not only make the
banned groups sit on their right and left but also invite them in
government functions while media also give coverage to these banned
groups, this attitude should be given up. He said the representative
organizations are ignored on important occasions and those powers are
brought forth who have no representation in people. He said efforts
are being made since the Zia era to turn Pakistan into a State of a
particular group and this trend is beneficial for the enemies of
Pakistan and is negation of the ideologies of Allama Iqbal and
Quaid-i-Azam. He said if the government thinks that the banned groups
are not accused then it should avoid declaring them as banned as the
present situation is duplicity and hypocrisy.
He made it clear that Pakistan is the fruit of combined struggle of
recognized schools of Sunni, Shia, Deobandi, Brelvi thought and
patriotic minorities, therefore, all schools of thought should be
given ideological presentation in all institutions including Peace
Committees, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Ideology Council. He lodged a
strong protest for ignoring the Maktab-e-Tashayyo in reforming the
Ideology Council. The Representative of the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya
Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi addressing the Prime Minister
presented an excerpt from the letter of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali (A.S.)
in which he advised his Governor: “Bear in mind that you do not throw
away the offer of peace which your enemy may himself make. Accept it,
for, that will please God. Peace is a source of comfort to the army;
it reduces your worries and promotes order in the State. But beware!
Be on your guard when the peace is signed; for, certain types of
enemies propose terms of peace just to lull you into a sense of
security only to attack you again when you are off your guard. So you
should exercise the utmost vigilance on your part, and place no undue
faith in their protestations. But, if under the peace treaty you have
accepted any obligations, discharge those obligations scrupulously. It
is a trust and must be faithfully upheld”. Maula-e-Kainaat (A.S.) says
in the same letter that: “Beware! Abstain from shedding blood without
a valid cause. There is nothing more harmful than this which brings
about one’s ruin. The blood that is wilfully shed shortens the life of
a state. On the day of judgement it is the crime for which one will
have to answer first. So, beware! Do not wish to build the strength of
your state on blood; for, it is this blood which ultimately weakens
the state and passes it on to other hands”.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
