Allama Tajuddin Haideri laid to rest in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA, Pakistan: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, the Central Vice-President of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Manazir-e-Islam, former Adviser to Federal Shariat Court has been buried at Darul Tableegh Imamia, Rahwali, Gujranwala. The funeral prayers were led by Special Representative of Quaid-i-Millat Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi i.e. Hojjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Allama Syed Ijaz Hussain Kazmi, Raees, Darul Uloom Muhammadia, Sargodha. A large number of senior office-bearers of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Ulema Karaam, religious, political and social personalities and elite belonging to subordinate bodies of the TNFJ, workers and people belonging to different schools of thought attended the funeral.

The Tehreek Spokesman Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi read out the condolence message of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi on the occasion in which he expressed heartfelt grief over the demise of Allama Tajuddin Haideri and paid homage to the national, religious and scholarly services of the departed soul. He said in the death of Allama Tajuddin Haideri, the nation has lost a patriotic religious scholar creating a gap in the scholarly world. He said Allama Haideri disseminated the message of Muslim League in Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat and adjoining areas so as to confront the Congress propaganda in the 1946 elections as a result of which Muslim League achieved historic win.

Agha Hamid Moosavi said that the services rendered by Allama Tajuddin Haideri for the protection of Khatam-e-Nabuwwat is a golden chapter of the national history. He said in the historic trial of Federal Shariat Court, Allama Tajuddin Haideri and Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain defeated Qadyaniyyat with the effective arguments based on Quran and Sunnah. He said Allama Tajuddin Haideri was a true devotee of Rasool (SAAW) and Ahle Bait (A.S.). He said Allama Haideri took full part in the eight-month long agitation launched from the Hussaini Mohaz for the protection of Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions despite Martial Law restrictions. In 1998, when Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah took suo moto action for rooting out terrorism, Allama Haideri presented the 850-page historic “Moosavi Peace Formula” in the Supreme Court in an effective manner which was lauded the world over.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Allama Haideri was supporter of Ittehad Bainul Muslimeen and had utmost love with the motherland. He said Allama Haideri remained included in the Advanced Force of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya till he passed away and he never bargained on his beliefs. He said the name of Allama Tajuddin Haideri will remain alive viz. his invaluable services for the cause of creation of Pakistan, checking of Qadyaniyyat, rooting out of terrorism and protection of righteous beliefs. He prayed for the high standards for Allama Tajuddin Haideri and to give courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya’s son Syed Muhammad Murtaza Moosavi Advocate and Allama Ijaz Hussain Kazmi performed the Dastar Bandi of his son Allama Azhar Ali Haideri following the will of Allama Haideri.

Polemical speaker of Islam Allama Tajuddin Haideri passes away: 3-day mourning announced

Gujranwala, Pakistan: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, the Central Vice-President of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan, Manazir-e-Islam (Polemical speaker of Islam), former Adviser to Federal Shariat Court died in Gujranwala Friday evening after a protracted illness.
