‘…wa anta rajayee’ Time for prayers for Najaf: Moosavi

RAWALPINDI: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the whole world of humanity was confronted with oppression, barbarism, brutality and terrorism therefore, it was necessary to pray with humility for an end to oppression on humanity, getting rid of terrorism, protection of honour and dignity of holy places, particularly Najaf-e-Ashraf, Bait-Ullah (Holy Kaba), Prophet (SAW)’s Mosque, safety of Maraje Uzzam, defence of Islamic countries, and for success of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations.

He stated this while talking to a representative delegation comprising office-bearers and jawans of MF Federal Area that called on him at the head of Barkhurdar Shahin.

Agha Moosavi said at present pressure is being exerted on the oppressed nations and the Islamic World from all around, Kashmir and Palestine issues are still unresolved despite passage of more than 50 years, Kashmiris and Palestinians are confronted with State terrorism, Afghanistan and Iraq have been turned into ruins after the 11 September drama and the situation has reached to the extent that the allied forces have attacked holiest cities, particularly Najaf-e-Ashraf, where the holy shrines of Prophet Adam (A.S.), Adam-e-Sani Prophet Noah (A.S.) and the most respected personality of the world of humanity Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) are situated, in the garb of taking control over the fighters while on the other hand, he said, extremist Jews have already announced to destruct Al-Aqsa Mosque and in this connection a Jew was grabbed while trying to enter the mosque last week.

The TNFJ chief said these great incidents were unveiling the designs of international colonial powers and their agents whose real target is Prophet (SAW)’s mosque and Bait-Ullah. Therefore, the Saudi government has thwarted a design the other day by arresting a person laced with hand-grenade in the holy city of Mecca.

He lamented that in this situation the whole world including the United Nations were giving only a lip-service but the most tragic part of it is that the representative organisation of the Islamic World i.e. OIC was playing the role of a silent spectator despite the need of summoning an emergent session of the OIC, and raise the voice of strong protest against attacks on Najaf-e-Ashraf. He said sanctions have also been imposed on Sudan and these conditions and incidents give news of a big danger.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that be enemy of the oppressor and friend of the oppressed because oppression is a great sin the result of which is destruction that leads to wrath of God. That is why, he said, Allah has asked not to be a party with the oppressors and extend any help to them.

He said the Ayah 113 of the Surah Hood says: Do not participate with the oppressors otherwise the fire would cling to you, and there is no friend for you other than Allah, then you would not be helped. He said today Muslims are raising the voice for help “hal min nasero yunsorona” but no one is reaching to help them. He said when you are disappointed from the creature then the last hope lay in Allah:

“O Allah my hope to creature has snapped, only You are my hope”

In such a situation, he said, prayer is the biggest weapon with the Momin.

The delegation reiterated their resolve to present all type of sacrifices on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi in his mission for “Wila” and “Aza”.
