Flocks converge on Iraq holy shrines marking 29 Z-Qa’ad

KAZMAIN SHARIFAIN, Iraq: Commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Al-Imam Muhammad Taqi Al-Jawwad (AS) on Zol-qa’adah 29, multitudes of mourners visited the holy shrines in Najaf Al-Ashraf, Karbala Moalla, Kazmain Sharifain and Samra.

Holy shrine of Al-Imam Taqi Al-Jawwad (AS), the 9th imam of the twelve successors of Prophet Muhammad (p), houses in Kazmain Sharifain along with his grandfather Al-Imam Mousa bin Jafar Al-Kazim (AS).

Mourners visiting the shrines of Hazrat Imam Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (AS) in Najaf Al-Ashraf, Hazrat Imam Hussain bin Ali (AS) and Hazrat Abbas bin Ali (AS) in Karbala Moalla, Hazrat Imam Ali An-Naqi (AS) and Imam Hassan Al-Askari (AS) in Samra arranged mourning gatherings; recited elegies, performed chest beating and thus offered their condolences to the holy family.
