HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: According to a tradition, 23 Zol-qada marks the martyrdom anniversary of Samin A’immah Ahl-i-Beyt Al-Imam Ali bin Mousa Ar-Reza (p). In this connection, Mo’minin in Mokab Ahali Karbala, coming from Iraq, respectfully commemorated the occasion.

They organized a procession and majlis in the holy city of Qom.

The procession was taken out from Hosiniah Dar-ol Hosain and culminated at the holy mausoleum of Hazret-e-Seyedah Fatimeh Al-Masomeh (p) in Holy Qom.

The mourners, throughout the route, were chanting elegies and beating their chests and heads to signify their deep grief.

Reaching at the holy shrine compound, the mourners held majlis, recited dirges and thus extended their condolence to the Hazret-e-Masomeh (p), sister of Hazret-e-Imam Ar-Reza (p) on the martyrdom of her brother.
