SEHAT, Saudi Arabia: Devotees of Ahlol Bayt (p) in Saudi Arabia observed Zekraa Estash’had Sebt An-Nabee Al-Akbar, or the Martyrdom Anniversary of Holy Prophet (p)’s elder grandson Al-Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mojtaba Az-Zakee (p) on Safar 7.

Big mourning programs – majales and mawakeb al-azaa – were held in oil-rich eastern region of the kingdom marking the occasion as these gatherings are not allowed in other parts by the government.

In Sehat city, a majles al-azaa was organized at Sayyedah Fatimah Az-Zahraa (p) mosque after Eshayen prayers attended by large number of mourners.

Addressing the majles, Sheikh Zacharia Dawoud, chief of Al-Basaer magazine, threw light on different aspects of the holy life of Al-Imam Abou Muhammad Al-Hassan b. Ali b. Abi Talib (p). He said A’emmah Ahlol Bayt (p) whom Allah had chosen from among His creatures for protection of His religion and establishment of justice and equity, accomplished their duty despite difficulties and hurdles.

A maukab, or mourning procession, was taken out in Tarout under arrangements of Al-Maukab Az-Zaynabee on night before Friday 17 March to signify grief and devotion for Ahlu Bayt An-Nobuwwah (p). Renowned dirge-chanter Nazier As-Saffar recited dirges.

Al-Ghadeer Council organized a majles al-azaa at Husseiniyah Abdor-Rahim in Ad-Dasha, Tarout to revive the occasion. Sheikh Abbas Al-Mahrous addressed while famous elegists Al-Mulla Abdullah Al-Ahsayi and Al-Haj Abbas As-Saba’a recited elegies offering their deep condolence and consolation to holy Prophet Muhammad b. Abdullah (p) and the Awaited Imam Al-Imam Al-Asr (p) on the martyrdom of Al-Imam Al-Hassan Az-Zakee (p).

In Al-Jaroudiya, a majles al-azaaa was held at Al-Imam Al-Hassan (p) Mosque addressed by Sheikh Abdullah Ad-Darveysh.

Similar gatherings were also held at many other venues.        

Ahsaa majalis: Al-Imam Zeyn Al-Abidin (A) Patron of Human Values AL-MABRAZ, Saudi Arabia: Zekra Estash’had, or the martyrdom anniversary, of Al-Imam Ali b. Al-Hussein Zeyn Al-Abidin As-Sajjad (A) was solemnly observed in Saudi eastern parts. ‘Wila-e-Ali & Aza-i-Hussain essence of Islam message’ RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Majalis-e-Aza are being held and Matmi processions are being taken out in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad in connection with the Aza-e-Mazloom Karbala.
