Bahrainis protest Iraq terrorism, deplore international silence
By: Ali Al-Qadumi
MANAMA, Bahrain: Three significant political and
cultural parties in Bahrain have condemned terrorism in
neighboring Iraq.
In a statement, Association of Islamic Message, Islamic
Work Organization and Ahl-ol Bayt (AS) Society said that
besides US occupation of Iraq, innocent Iraqis are
continuous target of nonstop terrorism. Massacre of Iraqi
people and targeting of holy sites including shrines,
mosques, husseiniyaat and churches is a grave threat to
the country’s security.
The statement severely deplored that these anti-humanity
crimes are being committed without any international or
Arab condemnation as well as world and regional human
rights organizations are playing a role of silent
spectator.
We call on Bahraini people and all social organizations to
participate in a peaceful demonstration in front of UN
office on May 5 to condemn slaughter of thousands of
innocent Iraqis and unrest in the country in line with
this saying of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SW) that example of
Muslims is that of a body, if one part of the body pains,
the whole body feels ache.
More than 80 percent population in Bahrain is Shia.

more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
