Karbala protest: Razing Baqi` holy shrines contradicts human values

HOLY KARBALA, Iraq: Denouncing crime of demolishing
holy shrines of A’immah Ahl`ol Bayt (peace be upon them) at the hands
of Aal-i-Saud on 8 Shaval 1342 A.H., students of Hauzah Karbala
organized a protest rally in the holy city of Karbala – home to the
holy shrines of Al-Imam Al-Hussein and Al-Abbas (peace be upon them).
By holding the demonstration, the protestors expressed their hatred
towards this heinous act which contradicts all human, cultural and
religious values.
 
The rally terminated at the holy Husseini shrine urging all Muslims to
demand reconstruction of holy shrines in cemetery of Al-Baqi’ that are
linked to the holy progeny of holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his
pure progeny), his pious wives, aunts, uncles and companions (may
Allah be please with them).
