Plans to build Karbala International airport on track

HOLY KARBALA, Iraq: Keeping in view the religious
importance of holy city of Karbala across the world, Karbala governor
Aqeel Al-Ghazali said plans to build International airport in the city
are underway.
Holy city of Karbala is home to the holy shrines of holy Prophet (p)’s
grandson Al-Imam Al-Hussein (p) and his brother Abo’l Fazl Al-Abbas
(p), and millions of pilgrims visit these holy mausoleums annually.
