Security meet held in Karbala as Arbaeen Al-Husseini nears

HOLY KARBALA, Iraq: To review security arrangements in holy Karbala
– home to the holy shrine of Al-Imam Abi Abdellah Al-Hussein (AS) – in
connection with Arbaeen Al-Husseini, a meeting was held in the holy
city.
Karbala governor Aqeel Al-Khazali, head of the higher security
committee in the city, presided over the meeting.
Millions of mourning devotees from across Iraq and some neighboring
countries are expected to gather in Holy Karbala to commemorate
Arbaeen (forty days after the martyrdom of Al-Imam Al-Hussein in
Karbala).
