Ayat Baqer As-Sadr, Bint ol-Hodaa richly honored

HOLY NAJAF, Iraq: A big conference was held in the holy
city of Najaf to honor martyred Islamic thinker and great philosopher
Grand Ayatullah Sayyed Muhammad Baqer As-Sadr and his respected sister
martyred Bint ol-Hodaa.
Representatives of Maraje, local officials, clerics, chieftains,
thinkers and intellectuals attended.
They were Sheikh Ali An-Najafi, Sheikh Halim Az-Zaheeri,
Sayed Haider Al-Hakim, Sayyed Hassan Al-Hakim, As’ad Abu Kalal, Dr
Abdurrrazak Issa, Sheikh Khaled An-No’mani, Sayyed Sadruddin Al-Qabanji,
and martyred Bint ol-Hodaa’s student AlHajja Ommi Forqan.
Speakers threw light on the life of the late Ayatullah terming his
martyrdom beginning of his great plan to liberate Iraq and its people,
and to deliver them from dictator. They said the message for which As-Sadr
kissed martyrdom was completed by his students.
