Official holiday announced in Najaf on Ghadir Feast

HOLY CITY OF NAJAF, Iraq: Marking Eid Al-Ghadir the day of
declaring Al-Imam Ali Al-Mortadha (AS)’s mastership by Prophet
Muhammad (s), Najaf governorate has announced official holiday on
Wednesday, Dol-Hejjah 18, Dec 17.
The occasion is being celebrated as “Week of Welayah” during which
celebratory programs will be held.
