Karbala chieftains confab discusses security ways on Arba段n

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: In connection with
preparations of Arba段n Al-Husseini, Karbala tribal chiefs held a
meeting with secretary-general of Al-Atbah Al-Husseiniyah Abdul-Mehdi
AlKarbalayi.
The meeting, attended by more than 40 heads of clans, discussed ways
to make marasim of Ziyarah Al-Arba段niyah safe and secure.
More than eight million mourners are expected this year for the
ziyarah.
The meeting also focused on serving the pilgrims of Arba段n with meals
and drinks as well as rendering help to police.
The chieftains reiterated their resolve to support Marjaiyah saying we
are arms of Al-Marjaiyah since period of our forefathers.
Among the participants were head of Aal-i-Jamil clans Adel Saheb
Aal-i-Harabi, chief of AlJarah tribes Abdul Ameer Aal-i-Arak, and
leader of Bani Assad tribes Qays Youssaf Aal-i-Najad.
