unhealed in heart of every believer …
Marking the second anniversary of destruction of holy Shrine of Al-Imamayn
Al-Askariyain in Samarra on Moharram 23, a cultural conference
organized by Shahid Al-Mehrab Foundation was held in Basra.
Intellectuals, thinkers, clerics and people from all stripes of life
attended.
Titled “painful Samarra tragedy … its reasons, outcomes and
resolution”, the conference strongly condemned the razing down of
Samarra shrine and demanded its immediate reconstruction.
Sheikh Aamer Al-Othaman, Dr Azar NMajee Al-Hissani, Aadel Ali Abeed,
Sheikh Dia Al-Ibadi and many others addressed.
