4 mln Arba’in mourners pass through Najaf till Feb 12

HOLY NAJAF, Iraq: Najaf Police Chief Abdul Karim Al-Mostafa said
more than four million Husseini mourners passed through holy Najaf on
their way to Karbala for Arbaeen till February 12.
Al-Mostafa said 40,000 security men have been deployed throughout
Najaf and the routes leading to Karbala from Southern Najaf to provide
security to mourners and Husseini mawakeb.
