Blast at Kadhimiyah shrine martyrs 40 Husseini mourners

KADHIMIYAH, Iraq: At least 40 Husseini mourners have been martyred
and dozens other injured when a woman suicide bomber blew herself up
among a crowd of mourners outside holy Kadhimiyah shrine in northern
Baghdad on Sunday.
A powerful explosion occurred before midday when the women
detonated an explosive belt at a checkpoint at the entrance of the Bab
al-Qeblah gate of Al-Imam Mousa bin Jafer Al-Kadhim (AS) shrine.
