Millions commemorate Ashura worldwide

HOLY CITY OF KARBALA, Iraq: Ashura day was sorrowfully, reverently
and tearfully observed across the globe with holding grand majalis
al-azaiyah and massive processions. Main mourning gathering was held
at the holy shrine of Al-Imam Al-Husssein (AS) in the holy city of
Karbala, Iraq where more than three million Husseini mourners flocked
to commemorate the sad occasion.
