Kuwait: Imam Ali (as)’s martyrdom day observed with majalis

KUWAIT CITY: In commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Amir-ul-Momineen Al-Imam Ali (as) that falls on the 21st day of Ramadan, Kuwait witnessed mourning programs.

Different organizations and associations organized three-day (Ramadan 19-21) majalis and processions attended by flocks of devotees and lovers of Ahlul Bayt (as).

The scholars and speakers threw light on the life of the Imam (as) urging Muslims to follow the teachings of The Gate of City of Knowledge Al-Imam Ali (as) to achieve success in this world and the hereafter.

Dr. Sayyid Hassan addressed a majlis at Jamay Amir-ul-Momineen (as) and Sheikh Hani Sha’ban addressed at hussainiyah Al-Imam Al-Mortada (as). Majalis were also held at hussainiyah Bu-hamd, hussainiyah Rasol Al-Adham and hussainiyah Al-Imam As-Sadiq (as).

Acceptance of creation of Ja'fari court in Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY: The Kuwaiti minister of justice informed a delegation of deputies that the government is agree for the creation of a separate court for the cases of the Ja'fari personal affairs and the appointment of Shiite judges from Bahrain, Lebanon and Kuwait upon whom the conditions apply and from the professionals to fill the shortage of judges and the consultants.
