Bahrainis commemorate Imam Kazem (p)’s martyrdom day

MANAMA, Bahrain: Mourning programs marking the martyrdom anniversary of Al-Imam Mousa bin Jafar Al-Kazem (pbuh) on Rajab 25 were held in all hussainiyaat and Maatam across Bahrain.

Thousands of mourners attended the majalis azaiyah and mawakeb to pay homage to the seventh infallible successor of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&p) while extending heart-felt condolences to the holy family.

Mourners wearing black mourning dresses were chanting dirges and pounding their chests in grief during the procession. Replicas of coffin of the holy Imam (pbuh) were also taken out.
