Qom Ayaat caution US plus coalition about holy cities attack By: Sheikh Muhammad Khurasani HOLY CITY OF QOM, Iran: Ayaat in the holy city of Qom, home to the holy mausoleum of Hazret Fatimeh Masoumeh (a.s.), daughter of Hazret Imam Mousa Al-Kazim (a.s.), have warned the US-led occupying forces against taking any step against the sanctity and honor of the holy cities of Najaf and Karbala. In separate statements, Ayatullah Fazel Lankarani, Ayatullah Makarem Sherazi, Ayatullah Nouri Hamadani and Ayatullah Safi Gulpaygani said the Great Satan United States and its allies must have known that any attack on the holy city of Najaf will sent a wave of anger and fury not only in Iraq but across the Muslim world. The Ayaat also urged Iraqi nation for unity calling them to adhere to the Najaf Maraje Uzzam (grand religious authorities) including Ayatullah Ali As-Seestani.
