RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe the “3-day Jashan-e-Murtazvi” from 11 to 13 Rajab-ul-Murajjab throughout the country like other global parts to mark the Wiladat Purnoor of Amirul Momineen, son-in-law of holy Prophet (SAW), spouse of Batool (S.A.), Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.).

In a statement issued here on Monday, he said at present the international colonial powers have surrounded the oppressed nations and Muslim people; blood is being shed in Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq; Sha’a’ir-Ullah and revelation books are being desecrated and there is only one path to avoid all this which is called Siraat-e-Mustaqeem (the right path) that is the path of Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.), he added.

Agha Moosavi appealed the countrymen to organise Mahafil-e-Milad, gatherings, conferences, seminars and salutary functions on the pious occasion of Jashan-e-Murtazvi and pay greetings to the Holy Prophet (SAW), Ahle Bait Atahaar (A.S.) and Sahaba Kubaar.

He said throughout the universe only Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) has the singular honour to be born in Bait-Ullah (House of Allah). Acting on a Wahi, the Holy Prophet (SAW) gathered elite of Makkah and announced Nabuwwat and Risalat (prophethood and apostleship). Hazrat Ali (A.S.) stood up on this occasion and certified the Risalat saying: Yes, you are the Allah’s Prophet (SAW). That is why, he said in every era, whether it was during the lifetime of Rasool (SAW) or after his departure, Ali (A.S.) always played a key role for the supremacy of Islam and its survival.

Moosavi said Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) is that holy personality who never bowed down his head before idols even for a while and thus earned the title of “Butt Shikan” (idol breaker). Allama ibne Hajr Asqalani writes that Ali (A.S.) is called Karam Allah Wajhohu because he did not bow down his head before idols even for a while. He enjoys the singular honour of opening and even closing his eyes in the lap of Rasool (SAW).

He said there is a saying of Amirul Momineen that after the Holy Prophet (SAW) in the Ummat-e-Muhammadi and before me no one has worshipped Allah. He got his training in the lap of Rasool (SAW), was laced with Godly knowledge, Islam penetrated in his veins, he did not bothered who is the ruler rather he gave preference to Islam, whenever gave an advice did so after reviewing the prevailing situation, his way had been to extend all possible help. That is why after the Holy Prophet (SAW), his advice was declared a commandment because he only desired to see Islam prosper.

The TNFJ chief said when Hazrat Omer (R.A.) himself consulted Hazrat Ali (A.S.) to go on war front, he said if you would go to the war front yourself and face defeat then what would happen to Muslims; you should send such a leader to the front who is brave and may honour your commandments from the core of his heart. If you achieve victory by doing so then you would achieve your objective otherwise your personality would remain available for monitoring and supporting Muslims and could send troops to the front again after preparing in a better way. On this proposition, Hazrat Omer (R.A.) had said, had Ali (A.S.) not been there, I would have been killed.

He said Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) always given priority to the objectives of Allah instead of his own personal goals that is why he made it clear on the world during his own era of caliphate that Ali (A.S.) and oppression are two separate paths, Ali (A.S.) is the name of justice and fair-play while oppression is the name of brutality and oppression.

He did not care if someone is happy or angry rather warned every Hakim (administrator) time and again and kept the commandments of Allah before him in the every section of life including the State affairs. He gave a manifesto to Hazrat Malik-e-Ashtar (R.A.) when nominated him as Egyptian Governor after Hazrat Muhammad ibne Abi Bakr (R.A.) that was a guiding force for the modern era and in which guidance was provided for every section of human life.

Meanwhile, Central Jashan-e-Murtavi Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes for 3-day Jashan-e-Murtazvi. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener and Naseer Hussain Sabzwari as Secretary of this Committee.
