ODENSE, Denmark: Two-day festive programs to mark the birth anniversary of Sadeqain (two truthful) - Chief of Prophets, holy Prophet Muhammad Al-Mostafa (SW) and his sixth truthful descendant Al-Imam Jafar As-Sadeq (AS) - were held in Denmark with great zeal and fervor.

Large number of Mo’mineen (believers) attended these programs that were organized at different mosques, husseiniyaat and centers including husseiniyah Sayyed-osh Shohadaa (AS) and husseiniyah Ahl-ol Beyt (AS) in Odense city.

Al-Ostaz Abu Sarah opened the first night festival at husseiniyah Sayyed-osh Shohadaa (AS) with recital of Quranic verses followed by Nashid (praising song in the respected court of holy Prophet (SW)) presented by Ashbaal husseiniyah Sayyed-osh Shohadaa (AS) corps. Later, Yasser Al-Assadi, Al-Ostaz Razzaq Al-Me’mar Abu Islam and Nurruddin recited eulogies while Sheikh Abdulhasan Al-Assadi delivered address. Al-Ostaz Alhaj Abu Maryam acted as stage-secretary.

Addressing the gathering, Sheikh Abdulhasan Al-Assadi spoke about the birth of holy Prophet (SW) and highlighted the events that took place on his birth i.e. the palace of Kesra, monarch of Persia, trembled and fourteen of its towers fell and the fire of Fars that had not been put out for a thousand years, was extinguished that night. He said that in all such events there was an indication for birth of a Nur (light) that will kill every kind of darkness and that Nur is Muhammad (SW).

Second night program was run by Al-Ostaz Abu Sarah, while Nurruddin recited Quranic verses, renowned eulogists Alhaj Metham Al-Javaheri Abu Zahraa and Alhaj As’ad Abu Ali presented eulogies and Sheikh Al-Assadi addressed.

Sheikh Al-Assadi while addressing at husseiniyah Ahl-ol Beyt (AS) threw light on characteristics of Seal of Messengers and Prophets, holy Prophet (SW) and Al-Imam Jafar As-Sadeq (AS). He said message of holy Prophet (SW) was peace. The violence being witnessed by us everywhere in the world and particularly in Iraq is against Islamic teachings. He made clear that Islam has no link with the criminals who carry out atrocities i.e. abduction, beheadings, massacre, bomb blasts in the name of Islam and maqawmah (uprising), for Islam condemns every kind of terrorism and preaches love, peace and harmony. He said terrorism being seen by the world in Iraq at the hands of terrorists is renewal of their commitment with Bani Umayyad.

Al-Assadi said flag of La Ilaha Ill-Lallah, Muhammador Rasul-Ullah, Ali-yonn Wali-Ullah (Tauhid, Risalah and Wilayah - There is no God but Allah, Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger and Ali is Allah’s Wali) will remain fluttering high despite all efforts to down it.
