KARACHI/ PESHAWAR, Pakistan: As per directives from
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya TNFJ Chief Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi
to observe Shawal 8 as Jannat-ul-Baqi Destruction Day, big
demonstrations were held in Karachi, Peshawar and Noshehra along with
other cities of Pakistan.

TNFJ Karachi raised its voice in front of Karachi press club. In the
demonstration, it was demanded from the Saudi government to
reconstruct the demolished ziaraat (holy shrines) of Jazrat Fatimah
Zahra (S.A.), Ummahat-ul-Momenin (R.A.), Ahl-e-Bait-e-Atahar (A.S.)
and respectable Sahaba-e-Karam (R.A.) immediately in Jannat-ul-Baqi
and Jannat-ul-Moalla. The demonstration was led by Allama Waqar
HassanTaqvi and Allama Jafar Raza Naqvi.

While addressing the procession, Allama Waqar said the problems like
earthquake and hurricanes which Muslim nation is going through is due
to the fact tat the holy shrines of these honorable personalities have
been demolished yet the governments of the so-called Islamic States
are taking no action and are observing dead-silence. If they want
everything to go smoothly then they will have to rebuild tese
demolished sacred places once again.

Allama Jafar Raza said that the government of Pakistan is bound as per
21st May 1985’s Moosavi-Junejo Accord that on the official level
Pakistan government will force the Saudi government for the
reconstruction of these demolished holy shrines in the holy graveyards
of Baqi and Moalla. It is the highest point of regret that the tombs
from Quaid-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and from
Allama Iqbal to Zia-ul-Haq are all set with their enthusiasm and zest
but the holy grave of daughter of Prophet Muhammad (S.W.) is left
demolished under open skies.
