UAE witnesses Ramadan hosaini majalis, Quran exhibitions

DUBAI, UAE: In connection with the holy month of
fasting, annual Ramadan majalis are being held at several venues
including Hosainiah Ar-Rasul Al-Adham (p) Al-Karbalaiah in Dubai.
The Ramadan programs include gatherings to explain tafsir of Holy
Quran and religious laws, Quran exhibitions and contests as well as
holding hosaini majlis and arrangement for Iftar and Sohur throughout
the holy month.
Sheikh Nasser Al-Hayeri addresses daily Hosaini majalis at Hosainiah
Ar-Rasul Al-Adham (p) Al-Karbalaiah attended by large number of
devotees of Ahl-ol Bayt (p).
In line with 8th Islamic Arts Festival, Iran's Quranic exhibition
titled 'Quran in Mirror of art' opened at Fine Arts Museum in Sharjah,
the United Arab Emirates (UAE), on Saturday October 15 aimed at
displaying role of the holy Book to promote art and to draw a real
image of art's status in Iran.

More than 250 art works in miniature, calligraphy, inlaid and highly
glazing tiles have been displayed in the exhibition.
Sharjah's Ruler Sheikh Sultan Qasim, Iran's Ambassador to UAE
Mohammad-Ali Hadi, Iran's cultural attache' to UAE Jalal Dehqani and a
number of cultural and political officials of the two countries
attended the inauguration ceremony of the exhibition.
