Imam Hussein (p) sacrifices highlighted in Saudi majalis

AL-QATIF, Saudi Arabia: Young or old, men or women all
in eastern parts of Saudi Arabia are commemorating great sacrifices of
Sibt`or Rasul (p) Al-Imam Abi Abdellah Al-Hussein Al-Mazlom (p)
rendered some 1,400 years ago.
Large number of children attend a 9-day ‘Ash-Shabal Al-Husseini’ (Husseini
Cubs) majalis al-azaiyah program held at Al-Abbas mosque in Al-Awamiyah,
Al-Qatif. Speeches highlighting tragedy of Karbala and Husseini
children role therein, elegies, Husseini plays, paintings and contests
include in the program.
Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Gharash and Sheikh Ja’fer Aal Ghazvi address daily
majalis al-azaiyah al-Husseiniah at Ar-Rasul Al-Adham (p) mosque in
Ad-Dakhl, Al-Qatif.

TAROUT, Saudi Arabia: Mourning gatherings, or majales al-azaiyah to pay rich homage to matchless sacrifices of al-Imam Al-Hussein (p) and his 72 companions in the scorching desert of Karbala for defense of Muhammadan Shariah in 61 A.H. were in continuation in Tarout, Saudi Arabia.
