ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Hafta-e-Wilayat (Zilhij 18-25) observed on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi came to an end on Thursday.

Special Mahafil, conferences, and seminars were held at mosques and Imambargahs on this occasion and ulema, zakireen and waizeen highlighted seerat and character of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) on this occasion terming it the beacon of light for the whole world of humanity.

TNJF District Islamabad President Allama Basharat Hussain Imami addressing the Mehfil-e-Wilayat at Madrassah Wali Al-Asr (A.S.) said the announcement of Wilayat of Maula-e-Kainat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) by the Holy Prophet (SAW) at Ghadeer-e-Khum on Zilhij 18 made it clear on the Islamic World that this was the Khanwadah that is protector of the righteous path and defender of the Mission-e-Mustafvi and the real success could be achieved by following in their footsteps.

He said if the world desires to get rid of all problems and difficulties today then they would have to follow the seerat and character of Ali (A.S.) and Aal-e-Ali (A.S.). This is the Khanwadah that did not hesitate in offering any sacrifice for survival of Islam, restoration of Nizam-e-Mustafa and Intizam-e-Ali Al-Murtaza. This Khanwadah proved the greatness of Islam and truthfulness of Allah’s religion before the Christians of Najran on Zilhij 24 in a way that the whole universe is unable to bring any such example to fore even today. He said Zilhij 25 is the day of Nazool-e-Surah Hull-Ata that preaches the lesson of sacrifice.

Addressing the Mehfil-e-Murtazvi organised by TNFJ Satellite Town at Imambargah Zain ul-Aza, Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan strongly demanded from the government to take strict notice of insensitive attitude of the electronic and print media on such pious occasions and instead promoting atheist programmes and activities contrary to the Basic Ideology at the cost of coverage to the programmes of Mashaheer-e-Islam and protectors of religion and Shariat.

Paying tributes to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for inviting the attention of the Millat to the path of righteousness and truthfulness on every occasion, he reiterated the resolve to follow any line of action given by him in connection with the oncoming Muharramul Haram.

A resolution adopted on the occasion expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed the world over including that of Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan and demanded implementation of May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement for solution of problems of Shiayan-e-Pakistan and for giving representation to Maktab-e-Tashayyo in all State departments on the basis of equality.

Zakir Nazir Hussain and others at Hussaini Manzil Rawalpindi, and ulema at Haideria Masjid, Danishgah-e-Abidia, Danishgah-e-Jafariya, and Qasr-e-Shabbir also addressed Mahafil-e-Wilayat.
