ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Country-wide
Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan (Days of Dignity of World
Women) programmes marking the death anniversary of Hazrat
Ummul Banin (A.S.), the mother of Qamar Bani Hashim Hazrat
Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (A.S.), as announced by
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi,
ended on Monday.
Majalis-e-Aza and Matamdari programmes were organized in all
small and big cities and towns of the country including
federal capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi under the auspices of
different religious and Matmi organizations and religious
institutions.

Addressing these majalis-e-aza, speakers said
Mother of Ghazi Abbas Hazrat Ummul Banin (S.A.) sacrificed her
four sons in support of Islam. The biggest deed of Hazrat
Ummul Banin (S.A.) is that she gave that Saheefa-e-Wafa to
Islam in the shape of Hazrat Abbas (A.S.) that would remain
the best example and beacon of light for others to follow for
ever.
After Shahadat-e-Hussain, Hazrat Ummul Banin (S.A.) mostly
remained busy in Azadari of Mazloom-e-Karbala (A.S.) and
instead of shedding tears for her sons, used to mourn Hussain
Mazloom (A.S.) and left this world in this grief.

Resolutions adopted on this occasion demanded
from the government to fix quota for Haj pilgrims belonging to
Fiqh-e-Jafariya on the basis of equality and take care of
Maktab-e-Tashayyo in connection with the changes being made in
the Education Department on equal level. It demanded
representation of the Fiqh-e-Jafariya in all State departments
including the media on the basis of equality.

The speakers paid tributes to
Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi on announcing to
observe the Demise Day of Hazrat Ummul Banin (A.S.) as
Ayyam-e-Hurmat-e-Khawateen-e-Jehan. They said objective of
observing these days is actually to support the oppressed and
make it clear on the world that key to survival lay in
sticking to patience and forbearance and to own belief and
ideology.
