Arba段n observed in European countries

DEN HAAG, Holland: Big mourning gatherings to
commemorate Arba段n Al-Hosayni (fortieth day after the martyrdom of
Sebt-or Rasul (S) Al-Imam Al-Hosayn (A)) wereheld in Denmark, Sweden
and Holland.
Different organization organized the programs attended by large number
of Hosayni mourners.
In Malmo city of Sweden, a five-day (Muharram 16-20) matam
arba段niyyah was held at Mosalla Al-Imam Al-Hosayn. Sayyed Ali Al-Hosayni,
Alhaj Abdor-Razzaq Abo-Metham As-Saneed and Sheikh Ali Al-Qatbi
addressed while Sayyed Abo-Ridha, Alhaj Abo-Zahraa Al-Hamzavi, Mulla
Hadi Al-Karbalayi and Mulla Nomayr recited elegies.
 
In Holland, Mokab Shabab Al-Abbas organized a two-day
(March 20-21) majlis program at Zalencentrum Uitenhage Uitenhagestraat
90.
A large number of Hosayni mourners participated in a majlis al-azaa
held under arrangements of Islamic Cultural Center in Utrecht city of
Holland marking the Arba段n. Alhaj Abo-Muhammad Al-Vaeli addressed and
described in detail sufferings of Sabayaa Ahl-ol Beit (A). Poet
Nurruddin Al-Kadhimi and Sayyed Hasan Al-Mo知en recited Hosayni
elegies followed by dinner which was served as Tabarrok.
 
Al-Fatemiyah Association arranged an Arbaeen
commemorative program in Copenhagen, Denmark on 19 and 20 Safar. The
program opened with recitation of holy Quran and Ziarah of Al-Imam Al-Hosayn
(A). Sheikh Abdol-amir Al-Khaffaji addressed.
