Ar-Ramelah village hosts grand Idd Al-Ghadeer celebration

AR-RAMELAH, Saudi Arabia: Marking the auspicious occasion of Idd Al-Ghadeer Al-Aghar on 18 Dhol-Hejjah, a grand celebration was witnessed in the village of Ar-Ramelah in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

The celebration, held at husseiniyah Al-Abbasiyah, was largely attended by devotees from all walks of life including clerics, scholars and elite. The day and night were of the greatest days and nights with regard to pleasure and happiness of the Idd.

Reciter Mostafa Al-Muhammad recited Quranic verses while Sheikh Abdullah Al-Jazaeri spoke on the significance of Idd Al-Ghadeer followed by eulogist Al-Mollah Ali Al-Ahmed and poet Sayyed Ali Sharf Aal-i-Taha. Group Nafhaat-ol Welaa recited eulogies.
