Arrest of Shia educator for distributing sweets on Shaban 15 in Saudi

AL-AHSAA, Saudi Arabia: Saudi authorities in Al-Ahsaa region
arrested a Shia citizen for distributing sweets on the auspicious
occasion of birth anniversary of Al-Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten
his reappearance) on Sha'aban 15 which fell in September this year.
According to residents Ali Dawoud, 28, father of three children, is a
geography teacher in one of the schools of the region. He was arrested
from Al-Eqaar town.
The authorities said Dawoud had distributed sweets to people at one of
the streets of the town.
