Karbala heroes’ b-day celebrations continue in US

NEW YORK, United States: Jashn-e-Wiladat (birth celebration) of
Syeda Zainab (AS), Imam Hussain (AS), Hazrat Abbas and (AS) Imam
Zain-ul-Abideen (AS) is being observed across the United States with
due respect and enthusiasm.
These heroes of Karbala were born on Sha’ban 1, 3, 4 and 5
respectively.
With the advent of the month of Sha’ban, festivals and functions are
being held at different imambaras, Islamic centers and mosques.
At Al-Mahdi Center, 779 Coney Island Ave Brooklyn, NY 11218, a gala
was organized on Sunday, August 3rd at 8:30 PM. The prominent poets
delivered poetry. The gala was addressed by Maulana Sakhawat Hussain
Sandralvi.
