RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the doors of war and conflict are being opened in the garb of justice and fair-play. He said efforts are being made to defame Islam in the pretext of religion, to do politics and to maintain domination of a minority misusing the name of Shariat.

He said the Justice System Regulation is a step towards completion of American New World Order, contradiction of the Pakistan’s Constitution and is tantamount to sabotaging the sacrifices rendered for creation of Pakistan.

These views were expressed by him while delivering his presidential address at a high level meeting of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya. He made it clear not to accept supremacy of any country or Hizb (group) because they have accepted the supremacy of Allah already. He said we are not afraid of death, the lesson of Karbala is to fear only from Allah, we are the followers of Ali (A.S.) whose saying is that death may come on us or we are placed on death, we love death more than a child’s love for his mother’s milk. No one should consider our gentlemanliness as weakness because the objective of following the path of gentlemanliness is protection of Pakistan and supremacy of Islam. The world has learnt from us how to get the demands accepted, he added. He said they would protect the Nazria-e-Asaasi (Basic Ideology) by remaining peaceful and will not allow anyone to be imposed on us.

Agha Moosavi said that Justice System Regulation is unclear. He posed a question whether those who have brought this Regulation would fulfil the rights of those who have fallen victim to terrorism, murder, arson, have bore loss of property, and were slaughtered? He said at present three parallel systems are being run in Sarhad i.e. Jirga, 1973 System, and now the new Regulation. Did Islam not give a complete system or whether Islam allows following so many systems? He said in the Personal Law of the Regulation, it has been said that interpretation of Quran and Sunnah will be in line with the Makatib but the government should make it clear that what would be interpretation of Quran and Sunnah in the Public Law; Hanafi, Maliki, Shafa’aee, Hanbali, or Jafri. He said by getting this Regulation passed, the authority of the Parliament has been negated.

The government should tell us the status of agreements signed with the banned groups? On one side the world is being told that these groups are banned while peace and terror is being merged by signing agreements with them, he added.

The TNFJ chief said that the Constitution reflects the nation’s thinking. He said the 1973 Constitution is the agreed upon document by Maulana Mufti Mehmood, Maulana Shah Ahmed Noorani and all groups and Makatib while the current Regulation is an open contradiction of this Constitution and it is also contradictory with the ideologies of all groups, parties and Makatib.

He said passing this Regulation is negating the ideologies of Quaid-i-Azam, Allama Iqbal and all those who had signed the 1973 Constitution and is a contradiction of the principle that Islam is one Millat and atheism is another Millat. He said it has been made clear in the Constitution that the Constitution is enforced in all the four provinces, Islamabad, Federal Administered Tribal Areas, and annexed areas. Those struggling for restoration of the Constitution should tell whether they are restoring the Constitution or deshaping the same further. He made it clear that it has been clearly stated in the Constitution that anyone who abrogates the Constitution forcibly or unconstitutionally would be committing treachery. Those who are put the dictators on trial should tell whether they would also put those on trial who are sabotaging the 1973 Constitution.

He said it has been made clear in the Constitution that human being is commensurate with life and freedom while those who are demanding justice have even deprived the nation of freedom and have put the life of uncountable people on stake. The government has imposed a minority over 160 million people by pasting the Regulation, he added. This step, he said, is not democracy rather negation of the same. He said Shariat Muhammadi and not the Shariat of ‘Sufi Muhammad’ is the real Shariat.
