RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said we have to adopt path of Hussainiyat to embrace whole humanity with success and dignity. He stated this while delivering presidential address to the first session of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya's high-level meeting on Sunday.

Agha Moosavi asserted there is no difference between Arbaeen-e-Hussaini and Ashura therefore the government must take effective measures throughout the country on the occasion of Universal Ayyam-e-Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala) (Safar 18-20); administrative control of terror-affected areas must be handed over to the army; media must not only highlight the significance of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini but also give full coverage to all central processions and majalis.

He urged the people to remain vigilant; waezeen and zakireen should preach and promote in positive; founders of the processions must ensure in-time taking out of the processions and conclusion of the same in order to foil conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland.

Expressing deep grief on tragic incidents of terrorism in Mianwali Police Post, Dera Ghazi Khan, Peshawar and Dera Ismail Khan, he termed these heinous acts naked terrorism and heinous conspiracy of destabilizing democratic process and the motherland.

Moosavi called acts of Jalao Gherao and Tor Phor anti-azadari honor and warned that all must bear in mind that clash with Hussainiyat is tantamount to inviting disgrace, humiliation and defeat. Therefore all powers must take in view the honour of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini.

All Makatib thwarted the conspiracies of falsehood in every era with unity by following the teachings of Holy Prophet (SAWW), he said advising that even this day we would have to recognize rift-creating forces.

He expressed grave concern that Kashmir and Palestine issues have not yet been resolved; if East Timor issue could be resolved then why not these issues?

Moosavi termed immediate withdrawal of allied forces in Afghanistan and Iraq and government-making therein according to the will of Afghanis and Iraqis guarantee of durable and permanent peace.

Reviewing on political rope-pulling in the country, the TNFJ chief said coming and going of anyone make no difference rather we are devotees of Islam and desire that the rulers take lesson from past rulers, and by ensuring fulfillment of rights of all people on equal level embrace the motherland with height because this country is not a property of any particular sect or group but all Maktaib sacrificed unitedly in its formation, and they will defend it by becoming an iron wall.

Agha Moosavi told that lodging protest for achievement of rights and restoration of justice and equity is fundamental right and Sunnat of Sahaba, however honoring the Constitution and Law is obligatory in this regard.

He reiterated his stance that there is no tragedy bigger than Karbala and no protest bigger than Azadari therefore anyone who desires to protest against oppression should come on Farsh-e-Aza.

He uttered grave concern that heinous game of terrorism that began with hammer-group in the long era of dictatorship of General Zia has come to blasts, suicide attacks and target killings. To curb this and restore peace in the country the government must ensure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act.

The government of Pakistan had outlawed radical terror groups prior to 9/11 and played role of front line ally but it has been rewarded with missile attacks and surveillance flights in frontier region, he said in his address.

He further said that India is using cheap tactics to throw debris of Mumbai attacks on Pakistan. He advised International Organizations not to exert their all pressure on Pakistan but if they are really desirous of peace in the region then they must get dozens of radical terrorist groups active in India banned.

The TNFJ chief affirmed that Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan is Pakistan's hero; world is against him owing to the honour with which he embraced this country. He said the pain felt by some countries on release of Dr Khan is not justifiable, because if India can give president-ship to its atomic scientist then why not Pakistan could release its Scientist?

He said interfering in any country's internal affairs is violation of UN charter.

Moosavi stated that America is behind every conspiracy being hatched against Islamic world and Pakistan. But it is painful that honour of Muslims has been died and at present meaning of democracy in force in the world is providing defense to US interests.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi made clear that Majalis and processions programs of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum Shuhada-e-Karbala) will be held with full reverence and grace throughout the country.

He urged that Azadaran should fully follow the Code of Azadari, and the government must keep Muharram Control Rooms on federal and provincial level set up on TNFJ demand intact till Rabiul Awwal 8 and after that till MIlad-un Nabi programs. In this regard the Sarhad and Punjab governments should be directed to form Control Rooms to resolve problems, and if set up must be directed to remain in contact with TNFJ's central azadari control room.
